The facility was nice and clean. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the provider. It took a little longer than I thought, although it may have been due to them waiting for test results. The provider did a good job explaining my test results and what I should do, moving forward. She even asked me if I had any questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Need Dr on duty.
I visited on 5/5/23 to do a drug screen but I had the information as a text message from my personnel lead Keyshaun Jones assisted me but I did not like how it took half of my shift being there & the things she had to say about me not having a pdf but I still had everything on my device that was needed . I wasn’t comfortable once I made it in the back with her to do my drug screen because of the mirror showing all of my privacy I was very intimidated. Also , I felt displeased because I was asked to take my hat off .
Excellent I love this place.
