As we did not have an appointment, the wait was about normal for an urgent care place. All of the staff was extremely friendly and apologized for the wait multiple times (really, it was not a problem). The practitioner was great. She listened to my daughter, rather than constantly looking to me. As we are out of town, she reviewed the places we could get the medications filled and told us what our best option was and how to get there. I really liked my nurse and nurse practitioner. They were just so pleasant and easy to talk to. You could tell they like what they do. I wasn’t rushed and they took a lot of time with me. I C will. certainly go back if needed.
