My husband got his dot physical done here in January, and when the fnp was finished he asked if they would turn it in to the state or if we needed to. She said that she would do it. Well, we just found out his cdl has been suspended because he doesn't have a valid health card on file. I hate to leave this rating, because the providers have been great and the office staff have been very professional and kind, however, the billing department for this chain of clinics leaves MUCH to be desired. For the third consecutive month, I have had to contact billing about a lab bill that should have been covered in full by our insurance since it was part of a yearly physical. I went in for the advertised $60 DOT physical and was told that I would not get that price even though it was on the sign and I'm sure I would of been the only one they would of had to honor that price. I said it was false advertising and both the girls at the desk on 9-18-17 at 7:15 pm could seriously care less and one told me only Walmart honors false advertising. Well ok maybe but I'll tell everyone about it then. Thanks for the concern and shame on you for not being honorable!

I been waiting at CGH for 45 mins and am still waiting for the necessary paperwork for this ct scan, my appointment was two days ago, so what is going on?
Never had problems before but for them to tell me my daughter is highly contagious yet say she is okay to return back to school didn't give me an answer as to what was really wrong ended up in er with her only to find out she has a severe staph infection and can't return to school for three days this is why children get sick and pass stuff around bc the Dr's at fast pace in Camden are sending contagious children to school .! Glad I got a second opinion on my child .
