We had to return to see the Dermatologist. She was excellent at explaining what he had. She gave him a different prescription. Again, our experience at FastPace in Chapel Hill, Tennessee was great!
Staff was wonderful. We got in quickly and was diagnosed quickly and given a prescription. Our experience was great, and I would recommend FastePace in Chapel Hill, Tennessee.
I visited Fast Pace in Chapel Hill to get my DOT physical,the lady nurse was real nice,when it came to the PA that was supposed to do my physical,she was rude from the moment she stepped into the room.She also acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about,so after some discussion back and forth I told her to get my money refunded because she wasn’t going to do anything even after I explained my situation so then basically she told me then that she had nothing to do with money or billing. The PA was great. Dealing with the front desk and having to call my grandson’s mom to authorize I can take him for treatment when those forms were filled out years ago and being given them again stressed me out.
I went in for a complete physical and it wasn’t what I expected. In past experience with my primary care physician she drew blood and did a urine test and completely looked at me physically. At the clinic she listened to my chest and looked in my ears and throat. I don’t consider that a physical. And because of that I have to wait an entire year to see my primary care doctor for a proper physical because my insurance pays for only one a year. I asked if I could get a Covid test. They said yes. After waiting 20 min they said I had to meet with a doctor. I didn’t need to meet with a doctor but I waited. The woman that came in was not a doctor. She was a PA. When the nurse gave me the test she did not insert the swab in my nostrils more than half an inch. I thought the swab had to go deeper.
The nurses are great! Mary is pretty good and attentive. Just wants to always do a swab even when there’s really no need. Doesn’t always trust the mom with their opinion of their own child. But overall not bad
