The nurse at the window when we walked in was so sweet and welcoming to everyone that came in along with everyone who called on the phone. It made the waiting room experience so pleasant. She really had compassion and cared for the people. We were seen pretty quickly And the nurses who saw my son in the back were great too! Listened to everything my son had to say. We were seen quickly!! The nurses and staff were so nice! My daughter’s strep test was negative, but they listened to all of her symptoms and quickly found a a solution. The room was nice and relaxing with a sound machine. It helped my daughter feel relaxed while she was hurting.

I went to Fast Pace Urgently Care 3/23/24 bc I was pretty sure I had another UTI. I didn’t want to wait for hours at the ER. I was taken care of very quickly by the most compassionate people. They cared about me and wanted to make this uncomfortable process easier. I was so impressed with everyone at this medical facility. Everyone were just so welcoming. Everyone was so helpful. My sickness was addressed, a plan was discussed and implemented. I was able to pick up my medication on the way home via the drive-thru, no wait time. Today I feel so much better. I appreciate everyone that works there.

We had a good experience at Fast Pace Health in Clarksville, TN. The only issue was we did not know and were not told that appointments could be made. People kept coming in and getting seen before us. We waited for well over an hour to be seen. Medical staff was good.
