The staff was very professional throughout the entire process. The check in was above par in relation to others and the facility was extremely clean and well kept.Â
I took my 6 year old in on Christmas Eve Eve. She was not feeling well at all. Our wait was only 5 minutes or less and the most amazing and friendly medical assistant(I did not catch her name) was so sweet to her and she felt calm immediately. She was able to get a throat and nasal swab without a fuss from my daughter. We got the results of her tests, she had strep but Jennifer, NP took the best care of her! My elderly father was having chest congestion and was listless. Went in to have him tested for flu and Covid. After listening to his chest and attempting oxygen saturation we were advised to go to ER because she thought he might need to be admitted. We were in and out quickly and everyone was very nice.Â
Quick, friendly The doctor/PA/NP didnât introduce themselves so I donât know who assisted us.Â
In and out very fast. All were very professional. Will definitely go back.Â
