I had a great experience and encounter with the provider that was assigned too me, it was going too be another week or two, before I could see my regular PCP and she did exactly as he would’ve. So, I felt just as comfortable as seeing him! And open the day after Thanksgiving! Urgent care- provides care anytime and it’s extremely Convenient, even telehealth, if you can’t come in person. That makes it even more easier for a lot of people/patients.

Everything was good. The only reason why didn’t give it 5 stars is because I think the sick people and well people should have designated seating. Those that are there for non illness reasons shouldn’t have to sit with sick patients. The staff was great!
