I was charged out of pocket when I have insurance. I called billing to get this settled. I was told it will take at least 30 days to get a refund.
Went to this location after an altercation with my fiancé. He had put his hand around my neck and squeezed really hard. My neck hurt for days and was visibly bruised and red. I was taken to a room and explained what happened. When I explained I was afraid to go to the police because I lived in his family’s home , I was told to wait in the exam room. Scheduled appointment at 6:30 am… scratched the cornea on my eye was told they don’t accept my insurance. However they accepted Cigna 2 weeks before when hurt my back. Even took my copay. Staff is very rude. The “manager” was feckless. Refused to treat my eye. I could have paid cash and sought reimbursement from my insurance company. The help was fantastic but I was in there a really long time to be called fast pace…
I made an appointment online which was useless. I had to wait over 2 hours. Lady at front desk wanted to change me $100 and put a card on file. Insurance card clearly states &36 copay. Never going back again
Came in with COPD Excubation. Couldn’t breath. This was on a Saturday just moved to Tennessee the last few days didn’t know where to go. Saw a nurse practitioner and was only given an albuterol inhaler. Ended up in the emergency room that night. The nurse was wonderful and everybody very friendly. Just felt like the Nurse Practioner could have done or prescribed more.He actually seemed scared to order any medicine. Said to follow with my primary Dr. Only been here a few days .
