From the moment we walked into the clinic, we were greeted very friendly atmosphere. We were traveling from Florida through Tennessee and needed help with a medical issue. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very helpful and couldn't ask for better treatment. We felt like we were with family.Â
I hate fast pace! The last time I was there they refused to see me for a "bill". They attempted to get an ED copay of 250 vs the 60 for urgent care they were contracted with my insurance. I had paid 125 and REFUSED to pay the rest. After several months of phone calls daily, several calls to the department of insurance and my own insurance on 3-way. They gave me my money back. Always very courteous and doctor's seem pretty knowledgeable from my experience, at least. I like being able to schedule online (it's not a set appointment on the books, so if ur late or miss it then no penalties. But don't take advantage of that because it just helps yourself not have to wait in line as long.) Only negative is it is hard to get them on the phone to speak to someone up front (but not to speak to a nurse or anything of that sort.) I recommend!.Â
I had a very good easy visit to this fast pace clinic. Professional and competent Dr and Nurse. Registered online. Easy peasy! I will definitely go back should I need to! Very good experience.Â
It was really easy in and out with hardly any wait time. Dr was very friendly. Nursing staff very informativeÂ
