Clinic was very nasty. The nurse practitioner showed up late for work. Really didn’t say if I had a sinus infection, cold, covid, or something. Just wanted to test me for strep throat and my throat wasn’t hurting. The exam room had a needle cap on the floor by my feet. A thermometer protector in the corner, and trash throughout the exam room. The waiting room looked like it hasn’t been swept in weeks. It also had sheet rock dust still in the corners and windows. Worse service ever.. only one that acted like she liked her job and wanted to be there is the check in person. The nurse had bad bed side manners. The dr didnt listen to my concerns and gave me what he wanted too. I asked for antibiotics bc i have a cold and he would only give me a steroid shot. I will never use this clinic again. Was there over 2 hours and only reason i used them was bc i am going on vacation and didnt want to be sick with a head cold.
Slow, rude, facility was dirty. Don’t go unless you have no other option, even then see if there’s a vet clinic that could help first.
My experience was good no complaints!!!
All the staff was great except one nurse that was very rude for no reason. She seemed like everything I was told to ask by the behavioral health people she made me feel like it was an issue. She also asked why can’t I have my doctors appointment at home. Very rude and made me feel really un easy being there not sure of her name but everyone else was nice.
Nurse Practitioner was awesome very helpful in explaining everything very knowledgeable and very upfront with us about his situation

Waited over 2 hours while aching with high fever. They should call it slow pace instead. The nurse was rude.
I had to wait 2 hours to be seen even when I made an appt online
Well I got there right before 2:00. I didn’t go back until after 3:00. Stayed in room another hour. They came in and checked my temp and BP..waited 20 more minutes ..they came in and tested me for the flu/COVID..waited 30 more minutes..for them to tell me I tested positive for COVID. $150 visit.
