Waited over 2 hours while aching with high fever. They should call it slow pace instead. The nurse was rude.
I had to wait 2 hours to be seen even when I made an appt online
Well I got there right before 2:00. I didn’t go back until after 3:00. Stayed in room another hour. They came in and checked my temp and BP..waited 20 more minutes ..they came in and tested me for the flu/COVID..waited 30 more minutes..for them to tell me I tested positive for COVID. $150 visit. Took almost 2.5 hours to do all of that. I won’t go back. I’ll go to MEA like I have been doin for years. I’m not sure who the nurse was. Paperwork says ordering physician was Courtney Dubose. The nurse practitioner was great at the Forest location. However, the nurse was rude with some of her comments, and she had an attitude.
