This review is only for the so called physician last night. Normally I have had great experiences with the doctor Anna Claire I believe is her name. She is fantastic, however the physician Connie I believe is absolutely ridiculous. Took my daughter in last night and she was sent away said she was clear. The doctor I saw dismissed my issues of an earache and having a congested chest. She said there's was nothing wrong with my ear and after looking again stated I had fluid in it. The chest congestion was blamed on smoking even though I told her it wasn't that. She didn't give me anything for my ear and told me to use Claritin and nose spray.

We arrived and were told that we were checked in. After 45 minutes of sitting I walked outside to grab something out of the car. Upon coming back in the lady at check in informs us that she never checked us in. We were checked in and waited another period of time and she never apologized. When going into the exam room it was full of stale cigarette smoke and not cleaned. We had a baby with us and this is not acceptable. Communicate what is happening and apologize for not doing your job.
