Front office was neither friendly nor helpful but the provider, Melissa Natanjo, , was kind, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job making our granddaughter feel heard and cared for. She explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly and fully. Good experience.

I had a fast visit with very little wait time, and the providers I talked to were kind. The location is really convenient for me as well. If I had another non-emergency mystery illness, I would feel comfortable returning here for help! I like that they offer good masks at the front desk - I keep my own supply of N95s, but I appreciate when clinics have them for other patients.
