When you are sick or in pain, having friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people to interact with is seriously required. I have had less than stellar experiences over the years, at Urgent Care facilities. Today, I had a really great expedience at Fast Pace Urgent Care in Greencastle. I’m new to this area but for any and all urgent health matters, I’ve now found my people and my place.

Very helpful very concerned appreciate the direction and steps needed to be taken next, great experience, just a little trouble with the checking in if I was Super sick I think I would have an issue with trying to check in online if I didn’t feel well other than that, everything was great thank you!😊

From the time I stepped into the facility until I left they were very caring, understanding and professional. Miranda the nurse practitioner was amazing and very empathetic and concerned.. She listened to my concerns and addressed what I shared! Would definitely share with my friends
