The nurse and NP were nice and friendly to our son. The floors throughout the clinic looked dirty. It looked like they had not been swept or mopped in awhile. We had the very first online appt but still had to wait as the lady working the front check-in area said she was still starting her computer. Maybe come in a little earlier?? Overall not a bad experience.

Scheduled appointment for 4pm. Went in and was greeted kindly by the lady at the front desk. Was walked back to a room and vital signs were assessed. She listened to my symptoms and concerns. I was instructed to give a urine sample. A few minutes later the NP came in and confirmed my suspicion of UTI. She reviewed my home medicines and I expressed a concerning one of my newer meds interacting with different antibiotics.
