I was diagnosed with sciatica Gyton Williams gave me 3 prescriptions and a shot and I haven’t noticed any difference I have had shots before and they worked not this time and the pain pills are not working either I googled the pain medicine and it is over the counter aleeve I was expecting relief but I can barely move after 2 days don’t ever get ms Williams again thanks for nothing I will call back and see if they can prescribe me with a different type of pain pills y’all be careful cause she new that shot and pain pills w... read more

The process was smooth the only thing that stuck out to me was I registered a day before so that the actual day appointment would be quick. It was empty and I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time to get in the back of the testing room. The staff were polite at least.
Slow and only saw Nurse for 30 seconds
I’m a veteran with VA medical insurance and I was told I could go to Fast Pace for care because my doctor was not in that day. The receptionist was great and the nurse that took my vitals was very professional, but the Nurse Practitioner that came in to see me was very helpful, she seemed like she was reading from a script. She didn’t listen to what I had to say and she couldn’t answer my question. Really sick frizzy had to use a cane Dr knew what was wrong and wrote a new prescription. No waiting time. Very pleased
