We went last week they said doctor left early sick so told us to come back today so we did and got there and said we had to pay 300 dollars to see dr we got insurance.!!! So they wouldn’t see him today my husband almost died last week just got out of hospital he was referred there from his heart dr to see dr Jana ! They r rude at the front desk lady today ! Quality of care was fine. Billing was not! I have insurance where I have a $30 copay for an urgent care visit. I paid my $30 but received a text to pay the balance a few weeks later. I called billing at Fast Pace and the woman I spoke to said it was billed properly. I called my insurance and they said it was billed as a routine office visit. If it was routine I would have gone to my regular doctor. My insurance called Fast Pace and they were told that Fast Pace would correct and re-bill insurance. I received a bill in the m... read more

Nurses and receptionist were great. Got called back within a few minutes of arriving. The FNP I saw was dismissive and obviously didn’t read the notes from the questions the nurse asked me… I rarely go to the doctor but when I need to I won’t be returning to Fast Pace in Humboldt or recommending them to anyone.

I had a corn on my toe, and a wart on my finger that I wanted removed. I had called to ask if they would take them off. I was told sure, come on in. So I went. Paid $70 for a office visit. Got my temperature checked, and blood pressure checked. When the nurse practitioner come in the room he said I’m sorry we don’t do either of those. They said they would refer me to a foot doctor. Today I went in for some kind of bite. We were greeted by the receptionist calling my husband out by "dude" , followed in conversation of her asking if the 3 stars, the TN flag, on his hat represented his intelligence. When I get into the room, after accessing my bite/wound. As I sit with my shirt half on half off because of where the bite is, twice was I exposed as they opened the door. WAS SET UP AT THIS CLINIC FOR A DRUG TEST AND THEY ARE SO UN-PROFESSIONAL IT IS LAUGHABLE-WENT THERE AND DID MY BUSINESS AND LEFT AFTER AN HOUR-HALF A MILE AWAY THEY CALLED AND SAID I NEEDED TO COME BACK TO INITIAL AND DATE A STICKER, DID THAT AND LEFT AGAIN- NEXT DAY THEY CALLED AND SAID I MUST COMEBACK AND INITIAL AND DATE ANOTHER STICKER BECAUSE THEY MADE ANOTHER MISTAKE

Pay the $99.00 when you go in. They filed our insurance and charged us $756.00 for taking temperature and giving a cocktail shot. Asked for an itemized bill and was told they couldn’t give us one. We would have to fill out a form but no one has the form to give us. Sounds like something just isn’t right there.
