Was not a good experience they swabbed her nose, holding two swabs at the same time and barely going inside the nostril tested negative for flu and Covid said she had an ear infection and gave her antibiotics after her appointment today. She does not have an ear infection physician told me her throat was very red and I asked if they needed to test her for strep and she asked me if she had been around anyone with strep. Waited for 2 hours when I had an appointment. Then they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy.

The visit felt very rushed and did not receive a thorough exam.
The NP Mary Jordan was quick to diagnose me, but her attitude really put me off. I asked her medical questions and she told me that I can look that up on Google. I asked for a doctors note for work even though I work from home and she looked at me and said “why do you need a doctors note if you work from home.” I guess if you have the flu with a 103.5 fever and you work from home, that means that you can just still continue to work with no issues according to her. I was there 2 hours. I understand things happen but I was left in the exam room for at least an hour. The Dr came in apologized and said they had a few came in that they took care of after me. The Dr made me feel as though my problems were not important, but I hadn’t even seen her yet. Probably never go back.
