Fast pace in Johnson City is always excellent. Making an appointment ahead of time online is super easy, and you never have to wait long once you get there. The staff and doctors are always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Walk in for injured left calf from puppy scratch that I thought might be infected. Front staff was excellent and efficient. RN likewise. Saw PA Katelyn Woods. After her evaluation, she recommended a shot, administered by the RN, and antibiotics, which she called into my pharmacy. If I have any other medical issues, I will not hesitate to return or refer someone else. Top notch.

Check in online was timely and simple, and after arrival time and check in I was seen immediately on time. This clinic is through, kind, and gives excellent care in a timely manner. Five stars!
I was a walk-in (kind of last minute cause I wasn’t going to go), so I expected to wait for a while. Unfortunately there were a bunch of people there so I waited longer than expected. I just felt awful, so I was being impatient. Freezing cold in the waiting room (I could have gotten a jacket from my car, I know this). Finally got called back. Walked in, waited in line with severe tooth pain, and infection, from a cracked and partially missing lower molar. Ms Day, NP, called in an antibiotic and a few pain meds. Just what I needed until my DDS gets back from Vacation. I’m under full time medical care at Johnson City TN, VA Medical Ctr but I can’t get Dental because I’m not disabled. Her the office were excellent!!!
