The staff and Dr was great. The wait was horrendous. Went in around 4, it was full. The front desk suggested we take 6:45 appt time so we did. Came back preregisteted and was there after 8 pm. There was 2 people ahead of us, then a lady came in that was an emergency that I’ll say now must have still been there when we left because I never saw her leave. I am so impressed with the thoroughness of the provider who worked with me. She took her time to gather information to figure out a diagnosis. She suggested an x-ray to see if it showed anything and it certainly did! Both of us were surprised at the amount of impacted poop in my colon! Great sleuthing! Thank you for persevering in finding out what was causing my pain. I am so sorry I did not get her name.
