Office had one patient ahead of me , and took way too long to see someone. Don’t like the way you have to check in on the screen, when a receptionist is sitting doing nothing. Other than that the provider I saw was great.

I had to wait to see someone for two hours When there were only two people ahead of me
Went in there around 9:20 and didn’t get out of there until after 12! I understand they were very busy but I also know if someone who made an appointment and she got there literally 3 minutes after me for her appt at 9:30 and she ended up leaving after 12:30 what’s the point of having an appointment?
Registration was easy and streamlined. The issues started when I got called back to the exam room. The assistant was diagnosing my problem, and telling me I had a stye. I told her, “I’m a ER NP. This is not a stye. I’ve got either a corneal abrasion, ulceration, or iritis. I’m also concerned about cellulitis starting. I have not been rubbing my eye.
