I went to Fast Pace because it was the weekend, I needed medical attention right away. I was able to make an appointment online quickly and was able to get in within a few minutes once there. The staff is friendly and supportive! Loved the provider and the nurse who had to give me shot! 🤣 The intake nurse was super nice and helpful! Thanks Karen, Pacey and KiKi!!

Check-in was easy online. Upon arrival I was seated for less than 10 minutes before being taken back for vitals and placed in a room. After answering a few questions I was swabbed for COVID flu and strep throat. When the Nurse Practitioner came in a short while later she announced my diagnosis, we talked briefly (to my satisfaction), then we left the room and they ordered my meds. I was in Fast Pace less than 30 minutes total. They did a great job!

On this visit our wait time was minimal. The intake person Karen was very friendly answered my questions and overall had a wonderful disposition. Having someone that is smiling and kind and soft-spoken and sweet when you walk in and not feeling good that makes all the difference in the world. Great receptionist and a sweet nurse. However, I was not impressed with the lack of attention from the NP. I have had an out of range serum ferritin reading for over 4 years. So every year the Dr recommended That i have lab work and a check up to monitor the situation. This time the NP did not listen to my lungs or heart, nor check any lymph nodes or anything else. Had an employment UDS. It was very smooth and done in a timely manner. The FP employee was a float from the Forrest office, I believe. I can not remember her name. She was very professional, knowledgeable of the process, friendly, and cordial.
