RecommendedI’ve had to go in twice this year so far, both times for ear fluid/infection in the same year. I’m pregnant and really appreciate the cautious care I received to make sure that treatment was effective and safe for me and my baby. Very personable care at the Lake Charles location, I can tell that they care about what they’re doing every day. Ashley is the medical assistant/nurse that’s treated me both times and she’s FANTASTIC. Physicians are wonderful, too.
I was able to see Orthopedics for an issue I am having with trigger finger(s) - which we addressed and then made a follow up visit to evaluate the shots I had received and the potential next step. She is awesome and I appreciate what she did for me. But…..I was not expecting to pay more for a 10 minute chat than I had for actual treatment. $150 is a lot for a “follow up” appointment- I should have asked, my mistake, I would have asked for a phone conversation because I was expecting possible repeat injections, which she com... read more
Excellent care and very nice professional staff. I had 2 go twice to Lance a cyst and then back to remove packing - redress etc And both times they were very good and made me feel at home but of course mist important was the care and they were very good. I think the 1st P/A was Brian and the 2nd was Andrew. I can’t remember the 2 nurses names but they were awesome as well
I have only used this location on Country Club Rd. They are friendly and have taken good care of me very time I have gone
Fast, friendly, and professional!
Had my second trip here for a sinus infection that has turned into bronchitis. Although the wait time is long - I liked that I registered and received an appointment slot. Once in a room, wait was not long and the staff is friendly, helpful and quick, although they took the time to answer any questions. I will be back next time I need help.
The staff and Dr. Precht what can I say but they are the best. Friendly and professional.
Very nice friendly staff. Made us feel like we've been there before. Already sent some else and recommending to another's. Five stars in my book!
