Where do I begin? The rude staff? I could look over rudeness if there was competence - but there was none. My husband went in for very clearly tick borne issues, and the staff couldn’t have thinking skills beyond Covid, the flu and strep. They were about to send my husband home with “an upset tummy” when the tests unshockingly came back negative when my wife demanded a blood test. Guess what he did test positive for 3 days later? Absolutely would recommend this care provider. S O !!! Thank you Fast Pace Both ; Nurse Diana and the MA ( I can’t recall her name) both were fantastic people and wonderful care providers. They got me in, seen and treated in under an hour and I was on my way home.
I have to say 5 stars because it was a caring and warm welcome to be there. During this visit, I was treated like I mattered and all tests were done that I thought it may have been. Thank God, it wasnt anything contagious, just a virus. They even checked on me after i got home. That never happens anywhere else. They really treat you great there. If I ever need treatment for something like this again, I will definitely go back. They all are so awesome.
Quick check in, not a long wait time, they were thorough and very helpful. They couldn't do xrays at their office, and set up an appt for a different Doctors office, plus they set it for the same day. I will definitely be going back to them for future for care.
Not satisfied with service provided. I have been to clinic several times, always had great experience until today. Saw PA less than 5 minutes. Told her I had ear infection. Also told staff that i had a cough and my throat was burning. Not sure how PA could have diagnosed ear infection when she barely looked in both ears. Never listen to my lungs, or checked my throat. Less than 5 minutes, stated I had ear infection, open the door said she was calling in antibiotics and left. Sure miss the other staff that worked there.... read more
