Very Rude very unwilling to to listen to the truth about my problem refused treatment an refused to give me a refund so i could go see a real doctor i did report to the cdc in atlanta and am working on making a report to the tenn medical Board and have spoke to a lawyer in nashville tn
The people were nice and all, went there for chronic pain that I am going through and needed some help and a possible referral and was denied treatment for but they offered to help out with other health problems that I have
Both times I've had to come here (when other offices were closed & couldn't afford ER co-pay) I had to wait over an hour just to see someone. Neither day was busy--at most 3 other people in waiting room. The name is a joke!
Not fast like when Monica ran it but faster than emergency room at Crockett
Its flu season they should have more help! Some ppl have been in the lobby waiting over and hour before being called back! This is not fast at all!!!
Went for our flu shots and got horrible customer service. Acted like they didn't really want us there even though we've got our flu shots there for the past several years. We went across the street to Walgreens and received EXCELLENT customer service there, as well as our flu shots. Will not ever be going back to this clinic again.
Not fast at all and they need to re-evaluate there customer service skills and also the medical staff, the guy we saw really didn't seem to have a clue.
