My experience at this fast pace wasn't great I think the provider needs to remember we all need to humble ourselves and not be so harsh with her words towards a parent who is trying to get her children better instead be more sympathetic and caring as fpr everyone else they were kind and patient . The provider made me feel like a bad parent because I have several children at the same time and my youngest has medical complications. The care I received was very good BUT they have the option to call for appointments. So I did thinking I would not have to sit and wait all that time in line after checking in because I felt so bad. I just wanted to get there check in get called when my appointment time came and go home. NO...I got there checked in and didn't matter, I was the last one to be seen. My 3 children and I was in there yesterday. We were a walk in and was seen fairly quick. Although there were new providers I wasnt very happy with but Taylor is Awesome. She made sure we had a very short wait and my daughter had an insurance problem and Taylor found a way!! She is very kind and helpful!
It started out slow. Was skipped over and had to wait a tad longer than I should have but they took good care of me, fixed me up and sent me on my way. I was well on my to all better by the next day. 👍
I was in and out in about an hour. Granted I was there first thing and pre registered, but they were very quick. The staff was kind and approachable, got me what I needed and was on my way. Will go back for small needs!
