Friendly and helpful front office staff. The medical staff are patient friendly, caring and thorough. I would highly recommend this facility anytime you have a need for quick, walk-in health care services!
My visit here yesterday (Linton location) was quite possibly the best walk-in clinic experience I’ve had, ever. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the P.A. were kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The entire visit, including X-rays, took less than an hour. I know the length of visits will vary based on patient load, but I found this facility to be organized and running smoothly. Shelby is amazing!
Staff…..freeking the best!!!!!! I have never seen anything like them,I enjoyed it soooooooo much and they were patient with everything (even with B being sick still at work) BUT the lobby area is freekin the hottest, most uncomfortable waiting area I’ve felt in forever. Commmmmmmme onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. Great service…. Please make the climate enjoyable for customers. Y’all are great. Joshua Ray
This was my second visit and I saw a different provider. Both took good care of me but the second visit was for persistent UTI and no one took my temperature or listened to my heart or checked blood pressure which I feel should probably be done for every patient every time. Overall though I do feel like I got good care and I would recommend this place. I appreciate that the providers are helpful and friendly and do listen.
I went here after our house was destroyed by a tornado everything we own I had got insulation and fiberglass and was having a hard time breathing and getting sick. They were so caring so understanding and so sweet and nurse practitioner was awesome. I would definitely come back here again.
