Everyone is always very friendly! Every time I or any of my family have had to be seen, it's always been little waiting...... also the NP let's me ask all my questions!! Highly Recommend!!

get rid of how you get registered. it would be faster getting registered by a receptionist than the tablet. takes too long to take pictures of your ID and insurance cards when they can just make a copy of them.

Jennie that works in the front didn’t seem to care much about patients nor timing and was rude to 4 patients just as I was there. 3 before me and myself included. I wasn’t happy with the visit and do not recommend anyone to go here. She made my whole experience bad and makes me want to tell my friends and family not to go here for anything, they already have bad reviews but Jennie made it worse when I came to visit. Imagine telling sick patients to wait in their car for 4 hours or you’d lose your spot....

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my daughter for a cut above her eye and they were out of glue so they couldn’t glue it shut so they put a few steri strips on it. Then get an EOB from insurance(Humana) and they billed my insurance $1,112 for the visit and a surgical service. And they are not in network with Humana. I don’t consider a few steri strips a surgical service for $445 and then $667 for the visit. I think those charges are ridiculous and very high.

they charge way more than any primary doctor you might as well go to the Er cost is dang close they got me for around 500 for 2 visits and I have never been charged anything close to that except the er.
