Waiting time was too long given the fact my daughter was the only one on the list. Facility is always clean and front desk lady/ assistant was nice.

I feel like the office is so unprofessional. Nurse at front desk on cell phone cutting up. Dr comes in w black dress & low v-neck & all her boobs were hanging out.

Made appointment online, I was ask to put card on file because y’all could not check I link blue. Was not happy. Felt too bad to leave . Met my Deductible and then covered 100%. Paid 100 dollar! Not front desk fault it’s your billing system. NP was great other than he forgot to give me a nasal spray. Called today and Dr on staff told me go by Flonase. My insurance would have covered 100%. He did offer me to come back in. I don’t think so.

Very unprofessional and incompetent. Called before arriving to confirm my orders were in their computer system and they were. Waited 4 days to drive from Metairie to Marrero to have screening done. They could not find my orders in their system. I told nurse practitioner she was not trying hard enough to find my orders and she laughed at me. Very incompetent and rude. Very unpleasant visit and extremely unprofessional staff! Could not find my orders in their system even though I called prior to arrival and they had my orders when I asked the receptionist over the phone.
