I've never been there yet.... I called this afternoon with questions about getting x-rays. Spoke with Rachel. She answered all of my questions, gave me their protocol, and everything I needed to know to be seen and assured me my medical questions would be answered by a medical professional. Made appointment on line and filled out all paperwork, which made the process easy. Great staff from front desk, to nurse and Nurse Practitioner. Quick process to get me back to feeling better with the unexpected illness. Appreciate them so much, as i didn't have to wait till Monday to see if my pcp could see me.
Fast Pace in Mayfield is always the best! Nurse Practitioner Allison and her staff are always so helpful and kind. They are the Best!
The 2 nurses and nurse practitioner were so good with my baby. He usually throws fits at the doctor but he didn’t cry one time. They played with him and made him feel so comfortable.
This particular visit was a very stressful and emotional one and the nurse to check us in and do vitals and all that was very kind and could tell that I was under a lot of stress and he told jokes and helped me relax. And the nurse practitioner that checked on my 36-year-old , handicapped, daughter was very kind and went out of her way to make sure they got our need taken care of.
