I visited the Middlesboro location on May 13, very sick and with several concerns. Both my MA and NP (I unfortunately felt miserable & cannot remember their names) took my concerns seriously, were very professional and thorough, and asked me to go immediately to the emergency room for further evaluation. I still don’t feel well after my hospital trip, but a pulmonary embolism diagnosis was able to be ruled out thanks to me taking their advice.
