I’m from Alabama and was visiting my daughter. Allergies started acting up. I felt awful. I saw the Fast Pace Urgent Care Clinic on Google. It was close so I decided to go there. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The doctor I saw was awesome. After I checked in and filled out my information I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes before I was called back. They weren’t real busy that Thursday. I was in and out in a little over 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic.
don’t show up at this place after 7:00 in the evening, you won’t get seen. Was turned away at 7:15 PM. Explained that I needed a flu test after spending the previous week in the VA hospital and my roommate testing positive for the flu. Was told by the VA staff if symptoms develop, get into an Clinic/urgent care ASAP. The receptionist had a very could care less attitude… I’ll schedule for tomorrow.. Nope, after that engagement, I will never grace their doors again.. there are their places that would gladly like my business…
After suffering with pain, that gradually got worst, over the past month, I decided it was finally time to take action. I got an appointment with fast pace and got into see them the same day I called. They were gracious, caring and efficient. I highly recommend them.
I have been to the fast pace location twice. Once when covid was very high in the area. I felt for the staff at that time because they were constantly exposed and was very polite and helped me tremendously. And I went the other day and the staff was great.
I went to fast pace because I was sick. I checked in, and I sat there waiting for hours which is fine, but they literally FORGOT ABOUT ME! The reason I was waiting so long. I saw tons of people come in hours after I did, and were seen, and left before I was even called. Once the waiting room was cleared, someone noticed me, and asked what my name was.
