I had a severe infection in my throat and they were able to rule out what it wasn’t with test (COVID, flu, strep). I was provided with a prescription and medication and within 6 to 12 hours I was doing much better. The wait was not long at all and they are friendly.

Took my money and never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I had to go back and request them to send it again and still never got it

Waited an hour in the waiting area after I registered online to then be told they couldn’t except my insurance. The receptionist was very friendly but she couldn’t help me.

Still doesn’t know the reason for pain
I was placed in a room and left there for over 30 minutes. During that time I could clearly hear the conversation in the next room that had nothing to do with anything medical. I should have been seen and they could chitchat on their own time. I was not given a copy of my medical records and I called today to get my records mailed or emailed and was told that I had to pick them up personally.
