We suspected my elderly dad had a urinary tract infection over the weekend and took him in for acute care. Short wait after our allotted time slot: wonderfully friendly and helpful receptionist:kind and empathetic nurse: medical professional was thorough and knowledgeable. We got a diagnosis and prescription quickly. A++++ experience!! Would recommend 100%Â
It was an overall good experience. The doctor on call was very informative and was concerned for me and was patient explaining what I could be feeling and provided me solutions moving forward. The only concern I had was with the nurse, I went later in the day about 7pm so to be fair to her it is possible that she was tired but she was very short with me and seemed like she was 'catching' me in whatever I was saying. Felt like I was ashamed for not knowing medical terms, and at points felt like I was wasting her time.Â
Yes...We waited over an hour to be seen, but there was an entire family ahead of us. We were 8th in line. Dr. (Or Ms.) Donna was the only one there, and I am sure she wanted to provide quality service to everyone. My little boy stepped on a nail and was fine. We just wanted to make sure we didn't need a tetanus shot, so we were in no rush. She was so good with my son, and it was easy. Thanks so much!!Â
I went to their clinic with serious heart palpitations. They took care of me promptly and after looking over my EKG readings results, they ended up calling 911 for me to take me to the local hospital here in town. The staff seemed very compassionate towards me and my situation and kept monitoring my heart situation until the ambulance personnel came and took over taking care of me. Very professional and caring staff here at Fast Pace! 10 stars if I could!Â
I have visited Fast Pace with my kids in the past, and most recently was a patient there myself. Completing preregistration online makes the process pretty smooth and painless, and the wait times have been minimal in my experience. The providers also take a good amount of time with the exam and don't seem rushed to see the next patient. Recommend!Â
