After waiting 3 hours, we were told that the brand tests that the clinic uses will not show positive results until the patient has had symptoms for 3 days. Why didn’t they tell us that when we got there? Very frustrating!!!
The receptionist was snobbish. My vitals were not taken. I appreciated the doctor he was nice .

Aside from the front desk service always taking forever as if nobody works there, the doctors are very friendly and helpful. Front of house service needs improvement

I arrived at 845, and wasn’t seen until 1052 (over two hours) just to have blood drawn and drug screen for pre employment purposes. I also noticed two-three individuals being called back ahead of me, although they arrived after me
Long wait, no medical staff had on mask, attending person did not prescribe COVID med even though I expressed I have underlying conditions (MS). He expressed he could not give because had to have symptoms 2 days, if fact its up to 5 days. If given I could be feeling better by now. I tested positive for COVID.
