We where only being seen for a fluid filled ear. It took 5 minutes ( after waiting over an hour in which I understand…maybe) to diagnose and was told to pick up 3 prescriptions… We are still waiting ( 24 hours later) for prescriptions to be “ faxed” over. We have called at least 3 times and left 2 messages and no one responses back . I guess we are supposed to drive back to the office to ask them about the medication for the “ sick/infected” ears… Any help would be appreciated at this time
