It was very easy to set up an appointment online. Once at Fast Pace Urgent Care, everyone was professional, courteous, and kind. I was diagnosed with Covid. I had trouble sleeping the few nights prior to my visit, and my PA, John, explained this can be a side symptom. He spent a long time going over strategies and medications that could help. I was impressed with and grateful for the individual attention and the level of expertise and courtesy each employee displayed.
I went there for a sinus infection. The facility was very clean and bright. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin is via phone through a text link but if you can’t do that, they will help you. I was seen quickly and after talking to Brad, got what I needed. My prescription was called in to my pharmacist and waiting when my hubby arrived to get it. Lots of parking!
I needed to be drug tested for my new job. When I arrived at the assigned location, I tried to show the girl behind the front desk the screenshot from the email I received as per the employer’s instructions. She ignored me and would not even look in my direction. Finally, I put my phone away. She said I had to sign in and I looked around for the tablet she said I could use but I didn’t see one at the desk. Staff was professional. I went to Middle Valley/Hixson first. They told me that they did not have a x-ray at that location but said Red Bank did. They checked to see if they had a lot of people waiting. They did not. Did not have to wait long at all. All staff at all locations were very kind and professional.
I had been severely bitten by a dog a week before going to fast pace. I was concerned that the stitches/ bite may be getting infected. Everyone at Fast Pace was so kind and helpful from the receptionist to the Dr. The Dr took her time and answered all of our questions and gave me instructions that I could understand. The hospital I was taken to when it happened had not done that or really listened and just walked away without letting me ask anything.
