The dr that served me could have had better bedside manners and actually looked at it better the. Just look at and say there’s nothing we can do besides antibiotics cause it should have been lanced is big infected it is
I clearly had a reaction to bee sting. Benadryl was not helping. Got told I was fine and to go home to do a “home remedy”. Got a second opinion by an actual Dr and had to get a steroid shot. So wasted my time going to urgent care. Will not be coming back!
The people were great except there was one person in front of me an I waited an hour an a half before they came in the room to see me
Got me in and out very quickly, very compassionate about their work!
I had a great experience! I wasn’t feeling well and everyone was so kind to me. They figured out what was wrong and they were so thorough!
The staff was very friendly and patient but I walked away with no diagnosis or any indication as to what might be wrong with me. Did not do a Covid test did not do a flu test I probably have one or the other do not know why that wasn’t done. I didn’t fight because I had a fever and I felt crappy. Wanted to send me to the hospital for further testing paid $150 for nothing, other than a very friendly staff .
Not busy but very slow.
I had a 430 appointment, and had filled out all of the paperwork ahead of time and by 6:30 I had still not been seen by any professional, so I walked out of the building, so totally ridiculous. The waiting room was empty. It was obviously not meant for injured old people who needed help. You are nothing more than a Band-Aid place located off the highway to make money off of unsuspecting people I will never ever go back to that place you are worthless.!
