Able to get early morning appt. Staff very friendly, Provider very nice and professional.
I was in terrible pain and you wouldn’t help
After getting a antibiotic shot I have terrible ear ache and you would not help
The receptionist did not follow thru with my appointment. I had to wait over an hour to be seen.
The only thing I did not like is when they gave me the diagnosis she didn’t seem to want to explain to me what it was. Keep in mind I have no knowledge how she does so I asked and responded me with short answers. Blank not comforting also.
Wait time was more and prescription was missed when we visited last week.

It was awful!!!! My prescription wasn’t sent out for hours. Then it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I called twice with no help. I went up before closing and they finally sent it to the right pharmacy at 6PM on a Saturday…. Needless to say it didn’t get filled and I ended up going to the hospital.

The receptionist and Nurse were professional, kind and just wonderful. The the doctor, not so great.
