Everyone was super professional and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Didn't feel rushed, all questions were answered, and the issue I came in for was properly checked and taken care of in a quick time frame. I definitely will go back if ever needed and would happily recommend to anyone else seeking medical assistance that isn't an emergency.
When visiting last which was just yesterday, I did get back in and see the nurse and then the doctor quickly. Nurse got vitals and was getting app notes from I as patient, and then waited about 10 minutes for doctor to come in. My problem wasn't the time of being in the office. My problem was with the fact I did not receive a diagnosis for what was occurring and no discussion as to what it could be. The staff and Dr. Anciro were extremely helpful! My son was given a wrong diagnosis at a previous clinic and so we went to Dr. Anciro for a second opinion and he corrected everything and gave us peace of mind. My son is feeling much better now with the right diagnosis! I would recommend this clinic above any other one!
This is by far the best after hours clinic, they go above and beyond their duty to help each and every patient. They work with you to see multiple family members when more than one is sick. Our entire family uses this clinic. They are willing to test when needed, listen to your concerns/ailments and most every dr. here is superb ( last seen Dr. Hood, super doctor). But all of them are truly great here. Highly recommend this clinic & our family will continue to use them.
I was seen here 3 times in 10 days. I had strep and they would only write me off work for 2 days at a time. I was puking and they would only give me zofran. I couldn’t tolerate the antibiotics and had to be on 2 different rounds because of this and still was only given zofran. Fourth contact with this clinic was via phone. I called begging for some kind of relief from the puking and was advised to go to the emergency room. Definitely do not recommend. Money gimmick and they absolutely do not care about their patients.
