I had to take my daughter in today for throwing up and I was surprised at how fast and amazing the visit went. They was on top of it and treated us very well. The Dr,Nurse and the lady at the front desk was all super friendly and all around just amazing. I would definitely chose them over the ER any time. Thankful the listened and didn’t judge. Thank you all for making today easy.
I reserved my appointment and registered all my information online and was able to almost walk right in when I arrived. Jennifer, the NP that I saw was very nice and related to my problems. I liked how fast they saw me and got me in and out of there. I would definitely recommend this location and use them again in the future. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star rating was because I had to call back the next day to get them to send in my prescription that she told me she would call in when I was in the office.
The appointment process was easy and saved me from filling out any paperwork in the clinic. I was seen on time and was pleased with the quality of care and the efficiency of the whole process. Everyone from the front desk to the physician was pleasant and friendly. I really appreciate the convenience of having this clinic close by when something comes up unexpectedly or in between visits with my primary care provider and would definitely use it again in the future.
I went in with an injury to my foot/ankle. I received very good care and did not have to wait long. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and they listened to my concerns. Very positive experience and outcome!
I love the Fast Pace in Athens and Sweetwater Tn the staff are very friendly and helpful. My favorite doctor there is Shelby Bach she's treated me and the care I get from her has fixed my blood pressure issues and she got me on the right medication for my breathing issues the care I've received from her has been so much better than my primary care physician and Fast Pace offers Primary care and Behavioral Health for patients that are looking to change doctors.
