The nurse Casie was very kind which was appreciated. However I feel like it was a waste of time and money as I wasn’t prescribed any medication for Covid. I am aware that they have medication / treatment options for Covid as I know others who were prescribed medication for it. I was told to take OTC medication which I was already doing. I am sure that had I gone to a regular medical clinic I would have been prescribed something. I chose the urgent care for quicker diagnosis and treatment. John was great! The woman at the front was pleasant and efficient as was the doctor, but she didn’t introduce herself. She explained things in easily understandable terms. I was in and out in just over an hour on a Saturday morning, which pleasantly surprised me! I live in Carmel so that would never happen there!

I made an appointment on line and pre-registered. I had very little wait when I arrived and didn’t have to fill out a ton of paperwork! Everyone was nice and attentive to my issue. I was in and out in thirty minutes!
