The staff from the front desk to the exam room were all amazing with my son. We were in and out and they got him on the road to feeling better. I’m so thankful for them.
The staff here are all nice and they really care. I have been here 3 times and they figured out what was wrong and helped me every time. I highly recommend them.
Front desk staff and initial nurse were both nice. The NP Brenda, not so much. I asked her if she could do a small incision on my finger so it could drain because it’s an infected cuticle. She sarcastically replied “No, I will just prescribe you some antibiotics.” I should’ve known she would just do a week long prescription of antibiotics. She took the easy way out, I guess because she’s an NP, not a real doctor. Anyway, I could’ve did a virtual doctor’s visit if all I needed was some antibiotics. Finest group ive seen in a long long time. Everyone, receptionists, nurse , doctor were great, serious but cut up, fun even, if dare i say such. I can say honestly to whoever owns this outfit, every employee i encountered was a solid asset to to your clinic. Ill go back again
Great experience!! NP Rachel Martin was amazing and very attentive to my needs.. front desk Courtney was friendly and the nurse Mercedes was amazing !!
