Very rude to have me stand in line waiting to check in while one person at the front desk sat their talking to her friend about their children and retiring. Did not attempt to look up and acknowledge my presence. But once the man of a different persuasion walked in her conversation ended. She then waited for the person of my persuasion to finish what they were doing - I gather to avoid dealing with chocolate but more than excited to assist the man behind. Have a great day‼️🤡

I went to FastMed Rocky Mount NC on 12/15/22 (with an appointment) only because I had been sick for 5 days and needed some answers. Well I tested positive for Covid and that's all I got. The PA was a very nice man but provided no actual care for me even with my extensive medical history. Plus my copay there was much higher than even if I had gone to see a specialist. I eventually had to go see my regular MD who was asking me about antivirals (did they discuss them with me/did they offer them to me??) The answer was no and... read more
Horrible experience. I am a local person and there sign Says they are urgent care and walk in but they are NOT they are by appointment only. Went in for respiratory symptoms and they refused to see me. Told me they were by appointment only and they could get me in tomorrow. The purpose in an urgent care is to help with minor illnesses to avoid overflowing the ERs instead they are refusing care when there was no one in there to even be seen. DO NOT GO HERE.
