Stopped in today to schedule an appt for ck up. Yook us then, wow. They are kind, friendly, relaxed. We felt like we knew them. Thankful everything was good & the price was great!
These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. RecommendedCustomer service was outstanding! Wait time was low. The receptionist was very helpful. The doctor was very understanding, he listened to me and was very personable. I received two follow up calls to see how I was doing.
They were compassionate the moment we walked in- they had us in and out in an hour- the dr and nurse were thorough, gave immediate relief for my four yr olds strep. Saw them yesterday and my son is playing today! Thanks!
wasn't overly busy but still had to wait a hr just to get in back. then another 45 to see the PA
They wear good to me got me in and out and got me feeling better
I was in and out within a hour had a sinus infection and throat hurt got my medicine and was back in bed in a hour and half would go again �
I waited an hour and 20 minutes to be taken to a treatment room when there was only one other patient in the building. Then the PA came in the room, sat down across the room and told me I needed to go to the ER for my blood pressure...ummmm maybe it was high because I hadn't taken my medicine (which I told him), maybe it was because my head was about to explode from sinus pressure and most likely it was from making me wait so incredibly long.
