My experience was horrible and I would never recommend fast med to anyone I care about. I was given a TB test and physical. The medical assistant gave me the TB injection in the lab area where my urine was sitting. She didn’t let me sit down or anything. She jabbed me in my forearm, went way too deep for a TB. No bubble came up just blood. I had a bruise the next morning and it lasted about a week. I’ve been in healthcare for over 20 years and never stood up for a TB test. The Dr. Gary there is very nice. Very understanding. Explain things where I could understand them. I've had a lot of problems with my teeth waiting on a dentist appointment because I now have insurance so I've been visiting fast, mad quite a bit. Very good place to go when you're sick
Check-in was very pleasant and handled professionally. She handled things like a pro. My wait was a little longer than I had planned, since I did sign in online. I saw Gary, he was nice...and took care of my problems. I would definitely come back if I had another problem. Much better than going to the hospital.
The Provider Gary was incredibly nice and very thorough. He made sure we understood what to do and if we had any questions or concerns. We were seen pretty quickly even with the waiting room full. It’s flu season and they were moving them quickly. Highly recommend. I’ve never had a bad experience with Gary.
We loved the PA we saw during our appointment! She was very nice and listened to everything we said, which is rare. It isn't really a complaint but I filled out the same forms like three times, twice online when the appointment was scheduled and then on an iPad at the office. I was still filling out forms 30 minutes past the appointment.
