In Wake County, NC I would recommend the Fast Med on Cornerstone in Cary. However, I would not recommend the Fast Med in Apex off Ten Ten Road. We arrived at 730pm with the office closing at 8pm. The lobby was empty and we were refused service. The provider was rude when asked why we couldn’t be seen. When I called to ask for the providers name I was told Ms. Maggie but the front desk would not give me her last name and instead placed me on hold and then hung up on me. When getting a COVID test there last year, they mistakenly gave our child a negative result (the actual current test was lost). They agreed to waive the copay, since the only service we wanted wasn't provided. This took many calls to their billing department over a month. They agreed, then sent us to collections. Still fighting this 11 months after the visit. Completely unacceptable. We will NEVER use them again.

First time using Fast Med and it was a great experience. Friendly staff that answered all my questions and took care of me quickly. Nice to know you can get quick and quality health-care without having to go to a hospital.
