I would just like to say that my visit there on yesterday, September 8th 2025 I had an awesome visit. The front desk was amazing, very courteous and fun to talk with. Also Hailey who was the nurse that saw me but the phlebotomy she took my my blood for my TB test for work. She was very efficient she was very fast and thorough and professional as well she was also pleasant and I told her I was going to give her a good review and so that's what I'm doing.
I scheduled an appointment at 9:25 AM. When I arrived about 915, I was informed that there were five people ahead of me and that scheduling an appointment had no effect on my wait time. This was after I filled out all the information required to see the doctor. I feel like I wasted my time, scheduling the appointment in the morning, filling out all the information, and then coming in and still having to wait. I have been to this place twice and customer service was great. They let you know upfront how long the wait is. Doctors seem to be very knowledgeable. I have a regular doctor but this would definitely be my next choice.
Original posted 5 stars: Just got stitches in my knee and they were courteous, quick, and competent from start to finish. Certainly not planning on more accidents but if it is too urgent for a doctors office and don’t want to wait for 5 hours only to go broke at the ER this will be my go to place for the future. Updated to 2 stars: my wound immediately got infected requiring me to be submitted to the hospital for multiple days to battle it. Walked in for a D.O.T. Physical pretty early so it wasn't busy at all. I was the only patient there. I walked up said what I said, paid, filled out paperwork and was called back shortly. Very quick process, though it seems like there's more paperwork every time I have to get these done.... But thats not on them its a D.O.T. thing. Staff was very friendly, professional and courteous.
