The overall process was very easy, and it was more affordable that the competition (during a sale). The website was easy to use and come back to as needed. My only gripe is that there's such dense text with legal jargon and over-explained information, it's too much. I've been a licensed agent for over 12 years and felt it was excessive.
The workbook was great. It was just a good refresher course and being able to take the test easily was a plus. Definitely will be using again for future CE needs!
