DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. I would give zero stars if I could! Working with this moving company was nothing short of a living nightmare. We chose them because they had high ratings and gave us a very affordable quote. Little did we know that they would say anything to make a sale. I used Fat Boys last September with my ex, and had a fantastic experience so when I needed to move again last week I didn’t even shop around I went straight to them. This experience was completely different. I want to preface this by saying I rarely ever complain and almost never publicly, I have sent food back once in my entire life and it was chicken that was raw in the middle. ***DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.*** I hired Fatboy slims on 5/31 for a 2:30 PM appointment to empty my storage unit and bring my belongings .75mi to my new home. When they arrived, they were over 5 hours late(Which I found out I was not scheduled like I was told during the 2:30 timeslot I was in the 6:30 PM timeslot.) So that was the first lie.
