RecommendedI've only been out with Fathom Five once and there was a medical emergency on the dive, but I gotta say it was handled calmly, professionally and by the book as far as I could tell. And really, isn't seeing your dive company handle bad situations well way more comforting than seeing them on 20 regular old dives where nothing goes wrong? Can't wait for my next dive with them!

RecommendedBest dive shop I've ever dealt with. Every staff member we talked to was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The sites we went to both days did not disappoint and our dive masters each day (Jose and Jessie) and Captain (Charlie) were awesome and very knowledgeable, as you would expect them to be.
